Remove windows email

Exactly where did you say in your first post that this is the built-in Administrator account, which is something entirely different than the Windows administrator and is hidden except to use in emergencies? I assure you had you told me this is the built-in Admin that I would have noticed since I deal with it every day here. Test it works, move your files over then when ready hide the built-in Admin account as it is not intended for ordinary use and for emergencies only.

Otherwise there are many problems it will cause such as you're seeing. The problem is only with this computer with the Administrator account. Every WIndows install must have an Administrator account that is NOT the built-in Administrator, which is hidden until activated only for emergency purposes. There are multiple reasons why it should not be used for regular purposes since it cannot be upgraded, and creates issues such as likely the one you have.

You should create a real operating Admin account now and hide the built-in Administrator. The MVP is the highest award in the tech field which I have been awarded nine times.

I was advising against operating as hidden Admin before I was even awarded it, and before several million people completed my Clean Install tutorials. It is as true now as it was then. Have a good day.

Hello I have also an admin account other than the built in Administrator account and I work with it also. And I have also Premium firewall and antivirus not Microsoft ones. Note: If you're using a phone or tablet, choose More at the bottom of the page to see the Settings option. Choose Manage Accounts , and then choose the account that you want to remove.

Choose Delete account.
